📦 SHIPPING POLICY (Carrier + Insurance Protection)

All orders from A Dose of Melanin Co. are custom made and shipped with tracking and insurance.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier (UPS, USPS, or other selected carrier), A Dose of Melanin Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages.

Shipping timelines provided are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

All packages are insured. In the event of loss, delay, or damage in transit:

• A claim must be filed directly with the shipping carrier
• The customer may contact us for assistance with the claim process
• Claims are subject to carrier investigation and approval

Customers must inspect their package immediately upon delivery.
Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of confirmed delivery.

Replacement decisions, if offered, are at the sole discretion of A Dose of Melanin Co.
